See you at DeBellis Ranch!
KEEP IN MIND:
- No need to reserve, just show up!
- Not an all you can eat experience
- Same quality of food

This special evening is co-hosted by Florencia Orlandoni and Jenn, and features a seasonal menu created by Chef & Grill Master Juan Cruz Orlandoni.
Each month, they offer a new seven-course dining experience showcasing Argentine cuts prepared over live fire — including traditional parrilla and asado a la estaca. Together, Juan, Florencia, and Jenn guide you through a creative culinary journey inspired by the way asado is shared in a backyard in Argentina: open flames, generosity, conversation, and something new every time.
This is not a restaurant service — it’s an intimate, communal gathering where food, fire, and people come together in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
Table wine and agua fresca will be provided.
If you’d like to bring a special bottle or another beverage to share, you’re very welcome to do so.

ONE SUNDAY A MONTH
We will announce 2026 dates soon!
Día de Campo is not a restaurant— it’s a unique experience where my family prepares an asado a la estaca just like we do in the Argentine countryside.
Start with a classic choripán, then enjoy an all-you-can-eat asado. Ask for your meat just the way you like it, from rare to well-done, and don’t worry — there’s no shortage of chimichurri here!
Our salad bar offers fresh vegetables, pastas, and more to pair with your meal.
